Candidates must reside within a 45-minute commute of downtown Chattanooga.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer applications in a timely manner.
- Professionally address customer inquiries and provide pertinent information.
- Ensure customer credit records are current and accurate.
- Monitor and assess customer accounts, taking appropriate actions based on their status.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to performance standards.
- Employ strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address customer issues.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and email systems proficiently.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision while contributing positively to the team environment.

Required Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a data entry or similar role.
