Title: BA
Location: 2 days on site in Downtown Minneapolis
Duration: 6 months- contract for hire (**This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship**)

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years' experience in a hands-on BA capacity working on technology implementation and/or business transformation initiatives
- Financial Services industry experience
- Previous OKTA expereince
- Map out current state
- Documents Requirements: Drafts functional and non-functional data requirements, leveraging previous info provided and input from business stakeholders.
- Documents Future State Processes: Documents target state processes through working sessions to support requirements definition.
- Maintains SME Knowledge: Maintains (or develops) level of subject matter expertise necessary to inform requirements and other deliverables.
- Creates Templates / Supporting Materials: Builds or leverages templates to facilitate working sessions and capture requirements and shares best practices with other project teams.
- Supplements Meeting Notes: Provides technical inputs to meeting notes drafted by the PM.
