The SEO Analyst II role is client-facing and responsible for client QBRs as well as ad-hoc calls. Must have a clear understanding of performance analytics and the ability to communicate them clearly in verbal and written form
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage small and medium portfolio clients; monitor and evaluate website analytics and engage in client-facing interactions
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Audit SEO Performance
- Follow G5 best practices for implementing SEO strategies, techniques and processes.
- Responsible for Google My Business setup, verification, and ongoing optimization
- Respond to internal and external support tickets
- Perform SEO quarterly audits as-needed using tools such as (semrush, screaming frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 + internal reporting tool)
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, website building and/or maintenance
- Bachelors in Communication, Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills with both internal colleagues and external clients
- Ability to lead client calls
- Ability to analyze search data via Marketing Analytics and make recommendations for website improvements
- Mid-level understanding of SEO and the search marketing environment
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4
