Overview
The Paid Media and SEO Specialist will be responsible for driving traffic and conversions through strategic management of both paid digital marketing campaigns and search engine optimization efforts. This in-office role at Torque Fitness requires expertise in Google Ads, social media advertising, and SEO to ensure that our online presence is strong, cohesive and continuously improving.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, including search, display, and shopping ads.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROL.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad copy, images, and videos.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep campaigns and SEO strategies at peak performance.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building efforts.
- Work closely with the content and web development teams to ensure all the digital marketing efforts are aligned and SEO-friendly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.
- Proven experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPI's and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (or equivalent work experience)
