Office Concierge – Beverly Hills – Up to $110k + Bonus
We are seeking a professional, polished, and highly organized Office Concierge. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent the office with warmth and professionalism while ensuring smooth daily office operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional service are key.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome high-profile clients, guests, and vendors with the utmost discretion and hospitality
- Coordinate catering, book conference rooms, and handle set up/break down of meetings
- Oversee office and kitchen supplies inventory and ensure office is well-stocked and organized
- Assist with event planning and execution for personal gatherings or corporate meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of team members and office operations
- Support administrative tasks, including mail distribution, courier coordination, and light calendar management
- Collaborate with the administrative team to provide seamless service across the office
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a concierge, office manager, or similar front-of-house role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and service-oriented attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a family office, luxury hospitality, or private membership club is a plus
