Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Mission-driven real estate firm is looking to hire a part-time Office Assistant to support their close-knit, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Duties will include:
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Answering phone calls
- Filing documents and making copies
- Managing office supply inventory
- Assisting with scheduling
- Handling ad hoc projects as needed
This is a part-time position based out of the West LA office 5 days per week. Hours will be approximately 10am-2pm, Monday through Friday.
The role will pay an hourly rate in the $28-$30/hour range.
