Job Description
We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team, supporting critical aviation and transportation projects for Los Angeles County. As an administrative professional, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of these projects.
Hard Skills
- Experience at an airport/aviation, construction industry or government agency
- Handling large projects, large public agencies or transportation sectors
- Administrative, clerical, and data collection tasks
- Data entry and report writing
- Scanning, faxing, and binding documents
- Developing and revising reports in spreadsheet or graphical formats
- Verifying data such as matching supplier invoices against file copies

Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Los Angeles, California and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid 2-3x a week. Flexibility required as work may shift to onsite at LAWA (Near LAX) to coordinate with project managers.
