Accounting/Finance Representative
- Redwood City, CA 94065
- Hybrid currently – moving to onsite in 2025
- Monday + Friday remote
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour W2
Duration: temp to perm role (assignment through Feb 2025 to start)
- Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments, as needed. Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives.
- Responsible for supporting the controllership team through data gathering and documentation.
- Ability to follow tasks assigned by manager within set timelines.
- Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of work experience. Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, technical and research skills. Strong organizational skills and time management
Preferred:
- Associate's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Financial services industry experience
