This is a support role primarily focus in data and analysis and standard operating procedures. You must have experience in both.
Overview
This position is responsible for supporting Supply Chain & PD operations processes including Product & Materials Development daily activities to meet critical calendar deadlines, on-time performance and support department daily functions. You will be responsible for creating Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for supporting the creation of Global Product Development SOP’s & process map documentation in conjunction with functional department leaders.
- Create, maintain and trouble shoot process governance and analysis of duplicate data and/or physical touch points to refine & define streamlined communication and accountability, enabling efficiency, speed & agility.
- Participate in on-boarding company integrations with external partners becoming part of the Fanatics Development organization. Ensure transition timeline adherence, training, and seasonal integration plan proposal.
- Participate with SME’s assigned to Tech Projects and new system integrations, facilitating timelines, business requirements, implementation workshops, UATs, Training & Go-Live in partnership with the PD Ops Manager & Tech organization
- Partner with PD department leaders, BI team & Tech organization to draft report templates and support required KIP metrics dashboards, inclusive of but not limited to- Development WIP status, Production Ready reporting, supplier report cards & department workload analysis. Compiles and distributes reports/data analysis for departmental meetings including weekly and seasonal metrics & executive dashboards.
- Supports PD Operations Manager in Project Management oversight and reporting for the Development organization, inclusive of conducting meetings and ensuring team tracking to critical updates and on-time adherence.
- Leads on-boarding efforts for new hires into the department, ensuring new hire experience and tools are available to support role & responsibilities.
- Assists designated Vice President(s) with special projects, inclusive of building dynamic presentations for key leadership meetings.
- Sets up and coordinates key milestone meetings, department events & supplier meetings, inclusive of distribution of department communications
- Manages department mail activities, office supply budget & inventory
Required Skills/Abilities/Education
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in analytical or data management field
- 3+ years of experience
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office)
- Excel spreadsheet functions; pivot tables, v-look ups
- Comfort & ability to work with complex data tables

- Must be able to learn and adapt to new software systems as it relates to the job function
- Product Development Industry knowledge is preferred
