Bright Spark PAs is looking for a new member of our temps team to support one of our loyal customers. You would be working through Bright Spark PAs on a monthly rolling contract for the client.

About the Role:
The Founder and CEO is on the lookout for a superstar PA to join them part-time, working remotely for about 20-40 hours a month. The role is mostly remote except for a few times per year for attendance at exhibitions. You'll be the go-to for managing their diary, emails, and travel plans, plus some ad hoc tasks like data entry, research, and even crafting social posts, blog content, and business collateral. If you're up for it, there’s also some travel involved (expenses covered) to help out at 4-6 events and exhibitions throughout the year (in the UK). 🚀
This role is perfect for a PA who has:
1. A solid understanding of the recruitment and/or HR industry (this is a must).
2. Experience working directly with a CEO of a small, busy business (bonus points if it’s in software!).
3. The flexibility to jump into meetings at short notice (within agreed working hours), take notes, and follow up with actions.
4. Strong IT skills and a knack for picking up new software quickly.
5. A willingness to travel occasionally, attending exhibitions as part of the team (4-6 times a year, expenses covered).
Other info:
Standard Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) and accrued holiday pay etc.
