This is a remote position.
We need An Audio/Video Technical Analyst is required to help with the Hybrid Worker's Productivity Project. We need a contingent labor to help the team for the below work:
- Upgrade PC's/laptops of targeted users and/or buildings
- Upgrade boardrooms in identified buildings (TBD)
Duties:
- Provide technical expertise for the creation construction drawing packages as well as support documentation for AV installations
- Provide technical expertise to support base building tasks in the planning of audio, video, and control solutions
- Ability to conceptualize system designs and determine AV system requirements from project to physical implementation
- Oversee and/or develop the Bill of Materials (BOM), Statements of Work (SOW) and supporting documentation
- Create functional AV system descriptions, block wiring diagrams, rack elevations, and cable assemblies
- Experience working with Project managers, solution developers, and construction design specialists throughout project phases
- Able to create, and complete as-built drawings
- Research, identify, and recommend technology options for clients and projects
- Experience fabricating, terminating, and installing racks for deployment and AV ceiling, flown, and wall installations
- Experience providing accurate project documentation and training for end-users
- Experience installing and configuring video conference hardware such as Cisco, POLY, Technologist, and at least two collaboration platforms (Teams, WebEx, Zoom,)
Requirements
Education :
- University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and 2-yr Business Analyst (BA) experience;
- 2-yr diploma in business, management or a related discipline and 4-yr BA experience;
- 1-yr certificate in business, management or a related discipline and 5-yr BA experience;
- 6-yr BA experience
Work Experience:
- Experience designing, planning, and implementing audiovisual technology solutions in a technical analyst capacity for an environment equivalent in size and complexity.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting audio visual technologies.
- Experience assisting clients to execute strategies with technology, process, organizational design and IT operations.
- Experience designing and implementing Audio systems including mixers/amplifier specification, configuration, and commissioning.
- Experience designing and implementing Crestor control and Video systems.
- Experience developing tender requirements for Audio Visual projects
- Experience in designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting applications in an enterprise environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Client.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with security concepts, designs, and implementations.
