Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
- Utilizing SAP and SharePoint to gather work order documentation from document libraries and save to specified locations. Validate work order documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor shared inboxes, respond or forward emails to the appropriate SME
- Perform PowerBi Dashboard Refreshes and validate errors
- Assist with document management
Required Skills/Attributes
- Typing 45 WPM
- Basic Windows and Microsoft application skills
- Ability to navigate Microsoft SharePoint
- Attention to detail and experience analyzing and/or validating information
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs ( PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions
