Boutique financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks an experienced Office Manager to handle all office operations, oversee a few administrative staff as well as ensuring all clients and visitors receive white glove care.
Onsite Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
Salary $110-130k plus generous bonus & exceptional benefits
Responsibilities
- Be the point person for all day-to-day office operations in the New York office
- Ensure all employees, visitors, clients and guests have an exceptional experience
- Oversee ordering and inventory of office & kitchen supplies
- Coordinate with building and third-party service vendors
- Assist in planning activities and events (team outings, holiday parties, etc.)
- Schedule and maintain records for all safety aspects of the office
- Ensure an organized and methodical scheduling system for conference rooms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Prior experience working in a high-touch financial services firm highly preferred
- A service mentality with a ‘no task too small’ attitude
- Accustomed to always maintaining a high level of professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Team-focused attitude with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Punctual, highly communicative, solutions oriented and resourceful
