As the new Facilities Manager at our client, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our Senior Health Clinic. You will need to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for participants, staff, and visitors. Your role will involve managing maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, compliance, project management, and leading a team to support the delivery of care. To succeed in this position, you will need to provide strategic oversight, hands-on leadership, and have a passion for improving the lives of older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement scalable systems for managing existing and future Care centers
- Receive and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely resolution of urgent issues
- Perform minor repairs to maintain the center's condition
- Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs and improvement projects
- Maintain an inventory of essential supplies and place orders as needed
- Schedule and track preventive maintenance tasks
- Ensure facility compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational regulations
- Build rapport with vendors and ensure service level agreements are met
- Manage repair or renovation projects, ensuring they are scoped, budgeted, approved, and executed within the established timeline
- Play a key role in setting up new facilities and assist with event support
- Supervise and mentor the facility maintenance team
- Create and manage work schedules, address staffing challenges, and foster a positive team culture
- Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
