Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
