We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team
and gain practical experience in the field of HR.
Responsibilities
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes,
conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth
transition into the company.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, helping to organize events and
activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality
and data integrity.
• Support HR team members in conducting employee training sessions and
workshops.
• Assist with drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Contribute to projects related to performance management, employee feedback, and
professional development.
• Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees and provide appropriate
guidance.
• Collaborate with team members on various HR-related tasks and projects as
needed.
• Gain exposure to HR compliance, including employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and
discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Call for Internship
