Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree in marketing/design/advertising field
- 4-8 years of expirence in a creative/ design role
- Computer proficiency -- Microsoft Office Products
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Agency experience preferred
- Self motivated
- Someone that can hit the ground running
- Passionate (personality is HUGE here)

Overview:
Insight Global is looking for a Graphic Designer to join a large life science client in their creative innovations studio in the Pittsburgh area. The Graphic Designer will be working within the Customer Channel Group on a team of 6 designers as well as a design manager and director, to create the proposals requested from internal divisions and business partners. The candidate will be partnering cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and copywriters to understand the request. Candidate will be given weekly tasks/projects to complete within a specific timeframe, with a varying workload but typically 6-10 projects a week. Candidate will be responsible for creating design ideas for printed and digital products such as pamphlets, posters, emails, webpages, etc. using Adobe Creative Suites. Additional tasks include but are not limited to -- Creative design of materials for use in digital marketing activities, including advertising, landing pages, marketing websites, emails, print templates, and brand standards. This Designer will work closely with a cross functional team of Content Strategists, Information Architects, Writers, Developers, Project and Product Managers, User Researchers, Branding Designers, Photographers and Creative Directors
Compensation:
$30/hr to $33/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
