Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Social Growth Strategist. The Paid Social Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving business growth by developing successful ad campaigns on Meta, Tiktok & Pinterest. In this role you will wear many hats; the creative director, data analyst and communication lead. The media platforms will be the medium in which you drive growth for the brands you work with but it will be the problem solving and strategy to align data with creative that has the biggest impact. You will be joining a small but highly experienced team which gives this role great opportunity to learn and work with 9-10 figure brands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or Digital Marketing Strategist with an emphasis on paid social.
- At least 5 years of in-platform experience in managing Meta Ads accounts
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and Google Analytics
- Deeply understand how to get the most value out of each Meta product including ASC. DPA, DABA
- Deep understanding of the creative placements that drive success across Meta's array of products.
- Budget Management experience with e-commerce accounts ranging from $50,000-$1,000,000 in monthly spend
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
- Ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and work in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to clients often.
- Experience with web page optimization and user funnel experiences.
- Demonstrated experience of growing businesses with a deep understanding and application of creative strategy
- Understanding of holistic data analytics, including reporting from third party sources & dashboards.
- Experience with creating & presenting QBRs to C level
- Ability to manage tracking & shopping feeds a bonus
