Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team within a specific domain, ensuring project milestones and objectives are achieved on time.
- Drive the execution of deliverables within tight timelines, maintaining focus, discipline, and collaboration among team members.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams from internal and external stakeholders, fostering a productive and structured environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Anticipate and address project bottlenecks proactively, ensuring alignment with the broader program goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Possess extensive project management experience in banking or financial services, particularly within Information Security, Risk & Compliance, Finance & Treasury, or related areas.
- Demonstrate in-depth functional or technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Compliance and Regulatory Requirements, Finance & Treasury Operations, ITSM, IT Risk Management, and Security, Infrastructure & Network Architecture.
- Proven ability to lead teams to meet strict deadlines with a focus on quality and structured delivery.
- Effectively collaborate with diverse teams composed of client resources and multiple vendors.
- Have experience managing senior-level or manager-level teams. Senior Manager-level experience is a plus.
