THE ROLE
The National Marketing Project Manager works closely with the National Marketing team, and the provincial marketing business units, to develop and deploy marketing strategies across Canada. The role involves developing advertising campaigns and ensuring that promotional messages and actions are aligned across all provinces.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Here are some ways you can make a difference:
Manage marketing projects: 90%
Coordinate marketing games and ensure the success of associated promotional campaigns;
Supervise television sponsorships to maximize the visibility of the brand and its partners;
Guide agencies to develop different promotional concepts and media;
Coordinate and monitor the various advertising and promotional projects in progress;
Ensure the delivery of mandates in compliance with budgets, deadlines and guidelines;
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and suppliers.
Develop strategic marketing actions: 10%
Participate in the development of marketing strategies taking into account sales data, resources and company objectives;
Collaborate in the development of the strategic marketing plan;
Contribute to the strategic planning of marketing games and television sponsorships to maximize engagement, increase participation and brand visibility;
Implement business strategies in conjunction with the marketing department;
Collaborate on marketing research to identify opportunities to optimize marketing games and television sponsorships.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing option or Bachelor's degree in marketing communications
Experience:
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in Marketing, advertising or project management in a creative environment;
Experience in an advertising or media agency, an asset
Knowledge and skills:
Excellent command of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook);
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, excellent time, deadline and budget management;
Analytical mind, dynamism, creativity, autonomy and teamwork;
A strong interest in the world of media and new technologies.
Language skills:
**Bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing;
Mastery of the English language is essential, as it represents 90% of communications, both internally and externally.
