Law firm is seeking a Case Assistant to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
- Process executed estate planning documents
- Process & file estate planning documents
- Prepare estate planning binders
- Manage database entry of Wills
- Prepare client letters for attorney approval
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail delivery
- Manage electronic/hard copy files
- Assist with opening client files and prep for execution meeting as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 1+ year of experience in a law firm or corporate environment required
- Recent grads with legal internship experience a plus
- MS Office Suite required
Salary Range: $50-55K
