We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant I to report to La Verne, CA 91750.
The temp labor assignment is up to 6mos, and the work schedule is a 5/40 (Monday - Friday). This is not a hybrid (100% on site WQ Lab) schedule starting as early as 6:30am.
The Administrative Assistant I responsibilities will includeMail Services, Phones, Data Entry, Schedule Meetings, replace toner/paper in copier, respond to phones and in-person inquiries, Proof and finalize documents (detail oriented for accuracy work).
The ideal candidate will prepare administrative tasks in a timely manner and have outstanding customer service skills, someone with self-initiative; when they finish their work, they ask for more and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
*The hiring manager is asking for the candidate to be detail oriented and have strong communication skills and be well versed in the whole Microsoft suite (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
Desires Experience Below:
- A high school diploma or general education test (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience; or Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE: MSOffice, Adobe, and DocuSign.
- KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING: Administrative daily office duties, schedule meetings, answering phones, and Customer Service experience.
- Personable, Team Player, Flexible, Multitask and handles pressure well.
- Detail orient, Organized, Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills a must.
- Valid CA driver license.

The candidate hourly pay rate will range: $33.06-$43.52 per hour.
