Our client is a Multi-family residential real estate development firm looking to hire an Office Administrator for their office!
Responsibilities:
- This person will work very closely with the CEO, CFO, and VP
- Perform day-to-day office management for the office
- Maintain equipment and office supply inventory
- Provide general administrative support to staff including mailings, preparation of travel reports, coordinating travel, and preparation of pre-meeting materials
- Undertake other duties/special projects as requested
- Book personal travel for the CEO and run errands as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 3+ years of Administrative Office support
- Experience within Real Estate is a +
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint - Quickbooks is a huge +
- Have a proactive mindset and like helping people solve problems
- Bookkeeping/Accounting Support is a +
