In your new role as Facilities Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our Healthcare Facility. You will need to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your role will involve managing maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, compliance, project management, and leading a team to support the delivery of care. To succeed in this position, you will need to provide strategic oversight, hands-on leadership, and have a passion for improving the lives of our senior population.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement scalable systems for managing existing and future Care centers.
- Receive and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely resolution of urgent issues.
- Perform minor repairs to maintain the center's condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs and improvement projects.
- Maintain an inventory of essential supplies and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and track preventive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure facility compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational regulations.
- Build rapport with vendors and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Manage repair or renovation projects, ensuring they are scoped, budgeted, approved, and executed within the established timeline.
- Play a key role in setting up new facilities and assist with event support.
- Supervise and mentor the facility maintenance team.
- Create and manage work schedules, address staffing challenges, and foster a positive team culture.
- Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements.
Schedule And Shift Details
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
