Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in complex operating environment and operations system support with a mix of Administrative and Hands-on responsibilities
- Hardware platforms: IBM, HP, APC (UPS & ATS)
- Cradle to Grave HW incident management experience
- Inventory management
- Moves, Adds and Changes in a DCIM environment maintenance
- Panduit Device configuration and Smart Zone
- Cherwell Ticketing management (dashboards creation, reporting, data analysis, process automation, ticketing)
- Data Centre support (assisting with Racking of equipment, overflow calls and incident creation, creation of Post Mortem collection)
- Knowledge/experience with SCOM, Vsphere, SolarWinds, XClarity, or similar tools)
- Knowledge/experience with Cloud Platform tools for Service Support and Monitoring (Azure/Azure monitoring)
- Advanced MS Office and communication skills
