Role: Senior Account Executive
Salary: $120,000 base, $240,000 OTE+ Equity
Location: San Francisco, Hybrid

Profile +Perks:
- Must come from a vector, database, data or search background.
- Successful track record closing enterprise deals for a minimum of 3+ years.
- Need to understand how to sell a SaaS solution or understand the Databricks model of selling.
- Have a track record of selling $50k + deals within the startup segment.
- Be able to get technical and sell to CIO’s and CTO’s
- Open-source experience would be a bonus.
- Be a sponge and coachable- the way you win now will not be the same in 12 months.
- High EQ and Humility levels.
