Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to two divisions.
- Serve as a liaison among various departments, state agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as required by supervisors.
- Manage communication responsibilities, including drafting correspondence and directing inquiries.
- Coordinate and expedite paperwork and documentation processes.
- Reserve meeting spaces and vehicles electronically.
- Organize travel arrangements for out-of-state assignments, including transportation and accommodation.
- Facilitate expense reporting and support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with special projects, such as the J1 Visa Waiver program.
- Ensure efficient processing of documents requiring approvals.
- Perform general clerical and administrative functions as necessary.
- Participate in minimal travel to service locations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
