Planet Interactive is looking for a
Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our well known lifestyle brand technology client on a 10-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role working a remote schedule.
As the
Senior Product Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity to shape not only your role but also drive adoption of key consumer features to ultimately drive engagement by influencing the product and marketing teams to simplify and improve user journeys with key experiences. You will be the voice of the Brand's products to the market and the voice of the consumers back into the product team, with the ultimate goal of increasing value for the audience.
Responsibilities
- Drive best in class evergreen in-product experiences, tapping into your market knowledge to help product managers and engineers identify and prioritize the most impactful work.
- Deeply understand target user segments and priority insights (what resonates, when, in which channels) to drive desired behaviors by audience segment to both influence product and guide in-product marketing tactics
- Develop in-product marketing campaigns and tests to grow user comprehension and adoption of wide set of features
- Influence and provide inputs into the Notification, New User Onboarding and Platform Tooling strategies and execution, with the goal to improve comprehension and engagement
- Keen aptitude to scale the team. Help build out processes for a small (but mighty) team. Help build our influence across the organization to tackle each of the above for your coverage area.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Consumer Tech Product Marketing
- Analytical and comfortable with data-driven consumer segmentation and finding opportunities for growth experimentation
- Capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction
- Scrappy, creative problem solver who is able to work around constraints to maximize test and learn opportunities
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results-oriented output
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills are required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with business partners
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs and influencing decision making through data
