Company Overview:
Lightning Docs, a fully automated, cloud-based loan document solution platform developed by Geraci LLP, is looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in advancing our marketing and sales efforts for our rapidly expanding SaaS product, Lightning Docs, while collaborating closely with the Geraci LLP Marketing Team.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be a dynamic, growth-oriented team member with a passion for learning and a proven ability to execute marketing campaigns effectively. This role will support the sales team in implementing strategies to promote Lightning Docs and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing initiatives, managing sales processes, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering results.
Key Responsibilities/Areas of Focus
Marketing Support:
- Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and webinars.
- Work with design team to create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and product datasheets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative blog posts, case studies, and white papers.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Sales /Client Services Support:
- Assist the sales team with incoming calls, inquiries, website forms, inbound demand generation, and pre-qualification of prospects and clients.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to accurately track leads and opportunities.
- Assist in prep of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for the sales team and management.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product features, customer feedback, and marketing messaging.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assist in budget tracking and reporting for marketing and sales initiatives.
Event Coordination:
- Help plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our products and engage with potential clients.
- Manage event swag and collateral
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000. Compensation will be based on experience level. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Geraci Law is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
Other compensation: “Other Compensation” includes, but is not limited to, bonuses, profit-sharing, or other forms of compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range or wage scale.
