Role Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join this exciting CEO office team as a part-time Office Administrator at World Vision UK in Milton Keynes. This is for 3 days per week with atleast 2 days in the office.
The Office Administrator will be supporting the Executive assistant to the CEO ensuring the CEO can focus on high-level strategic priorities, with the assurance that the administrative functions are handled efficiently and proactively.

- Contract: Permanent part time ( 3 days per week)
- Atleast 2 days in the office at Milton Keynes
- Salary: £30,874 Full time equivalent

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Adhoc support to the Innovation Lead
- Assist with Annual reporting and coordination of both weekly and monthly reviews with the Senior Leadership teams
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentation slides, reports, and other documents for the CEO.
- Must hold strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Experience in a similar role or office environment
- Excellent problem-solving and able to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
