Apparel & Beauty co-companies seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager for our small retail & wholesale operations.
We run two business under one location and share many operating expenses so candidate must be extremely detail oriented, well organized, and computer savvy.
Responsibilities
- AP/AR data entry for both Netsuite and Quickbooks
- Correspondence with Customers and Vendors for all AP/AR matters
- Prepare weekly Accounts Payable payments
- Bank, Intercompany, and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Factor credit requests and Invoice submissions for wholesale invoices
- Assist in Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing
- Administrative Assistant to CFO/COO
- Manage Mail (Open, review, and scan into Google Drive and Netsuite)
- Oversee stock of office and kitchen supplies
- Greet all guests, sign for daily deliveries, manage incoming shipments
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Accounting and ERP software experience
- Knowledge of retail/wholesale accounting
- Must be computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, Email, Scanners, etc. We
- operate on Apple computers so macOS knowledge is required.
- Excellent Organization and communication skills
- Must have superb attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Must be able to work independently and with a small team
- High school diploma; BS/BA in Accounting a plus
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor

Compensation: Based on Experience
This position is fully on-site. There is NO option for remote or hybrid.
