Key Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives, aspirations, and challenges. Act as their primary contact for inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved efficiently and effectively.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, coordinating training sessions and providing essential resources to guarantee a seamless transition.
- Continuously monitor project performance and progress metrics for clients, keeping both clients and internal teams informed, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Collect valuable feedback from clients to enhance products or services. Collaborate with teams to ensure client insights are integrated into future strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project specifics, including schedules, meeting notes, and reports. Provide status updates and success metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client objectives with overall business goals, contributing to the company’s success.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with both clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and CRM tools (e.g., HaloPSA, Connectwise, Autotask, Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or project coordination.
