Role description
Asinpa is seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master (70% BA and 30% CSM) to help with requirements gathering, management of team’s backlog as well as being the liaison between the development team and the business owner/users in a way that the contributions can be reflected by helping the team become predictable relative to quality and productivity.
The role involves producing quality requirements by collaborating with various client and internal teams, including but not limited to, product owners, subject matter experts, business users, their-party vendors, architects, developers, testers, leadership, etc. Responsibilities may include creating, maintaining, and estimating user stories for the entire product platform using Business Analysis standard and Agile practices, while adhering to company guidelines.
Location:
This position is based in Frisco TX in a hybrid format. Working both from home and from our Frisco office.
Responsibilities:
The Candidate will be expected to:
- Be a self-starter with an ownership attitude, inquisitive mind to help identify problems and proactively work to solve them as they arise.
- Demonstrated skill in creating diverse requirement artifacts (such as user stories and UML diagrams) for software applications, whilst managing the team's backlog.
- Decompose high-level ideas into detailed level requirements breaking down Epic level ideas into detailed user stories, consumable and understood by the development team.
- Communicate proactively with teammates and customers regarding work status, issues and risks.
- Ability to estimate user stories as well as facilitate agile estimation sessions with the scrum team.
- Strong expertise and practical experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Azure DevOps, and others alike.
- Proficient in quality documentation using advanced MS Word and Excel capabilities, organizing and maintaining requirements artifacts to reduce ambiguity and enhance clarity for easy access.
- Capability to design impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal use, client project meetings, user training, as well as pre-sales activities.
- Facilitates collaboration with remote teams, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies.
- Provides regular guidance and feedback to the Project Teams and Leadership.
- Ability to lead discussions and learning sessions with 50+ attendees.
- Effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective meeting.
- Perform Project Discovery, Feasibility Study, Project Plans, and Collaborate with experts for creating project proposal.
Technical Skills Required:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with at least one large project.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Certified Scrum Master or Project Manager driving multiple projects.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for work optimization.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English & Spanish verbally, in writing, by telephone, and in face-to-face virtual meetings.
