We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling appointments
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or visitors
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
