About the Role:
International Strategic Management Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FinTech Program Associate to support our virtual FinTech pilot program. This part-time, remote position is ideal for a candidate with experience in fintech entrepreneurship program management. You will work closely with our senior program management team to assist in the develop and deliver the program.
Success in this role involves effectively coordinating program logistics, engaging with participants, and supporting the smooth operation of our virtual training sessions. You will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fintech landscape while making a tangible impact on the outcomes of the FinTech Idea Accelerator program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and delivery of fintech and entrepreneurship training programs within the FinTech Idea Accelerator.
- Support program management by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and ensuring all objectives are met.
- Engage with program participants virtually, providing guidance and ensuring a high level of participant satisfaction.
- Assist in creating program materials such as presentations, guides, and training resources.
- Conduct research on fintech trends to support program content and refinement.
- Manage participant communications and ensure prompt responses to queries.
- Track program performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience in FinTech entrepreneurship program management is required.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
- Experienced in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for program delivery and participant management.
- Fluent in English, with all work done in English, and communication in Arabic may be required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and discuss with audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently in remote settings, managing time effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate with large, diverse teams across different regions and areas.
