Job Summary
IAIC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage data to inform product decisions, optimize features, and enhance user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to drive data-driven insights that shape our product strategy and contribute to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Interact with product and engineering teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
- Generates and tests hypotheses and analyzes and interprets the results of product experiments.
Go to Market Strategy
- Scope, design and execute market/segment specific insights, analyses and tools.
Analytics & Insights
- Document and communicate procedural recommendations to management based on analysis.
- Support the evaluation of workflows and automation solutions through data analysis.
- Lead sophisticated research and analysis through internal and external tools (e.g. revenue, customer satisfaction, content strategies, competitive trends and insights) for leadership to support decision-making.
- Designs, develops and evaluates predictive models, advanced analytics solutions and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data.
- Applies knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions and make discoveries.
- Develops and codes software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleans, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and customers.
- Tech-savvy with interest in product and strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
Education And Experience
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Data Science, related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of data experience, with at least 4 years in a comparable role. Experience in an enterprise organization or startup environment is highly preferred.
- Working experience with programming languages, particularly data manipulation (e.g. SQL) preferred
- Experience with Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or equivalent tool to create impactful reports, visualizations and interactive dashboards.
- Experience with complex ETL’s, Data Warehousing or custom pipelines from multiple data sources
- Strong understanding of the fintech or insurance industry. Experience with B2B software products is essential.

- Some domestic (US) travel is required.
