Title: Scrum Master
Location: Remote | Must be online PST hours
Length: 6–12-month contract to hire
Pay: $47.00 - $55.00/hr
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with Azure DevOps tools
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience managing 3 agile teams of 5-6 people
- Scrum Master Certification: PSM, A-CSM, PMI-ACP
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Certified Scrum Master to join a project team supporting the State of California. The Scrum Master will be responsible for:
- Managing agile facilitation across three cross-functional teams
- Leading daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Utilizing Azure DevOps tools to track and manage project tasks and progress Supporting project delivery expectation
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the teams Communicating with project stakeholders
