THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Data Collection Coordinator. The Data Collection Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the data from clinical and non-clinical samples needed to inform the development of our psychological assessments is collected.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare elements for Data Collection initiatives.
- Recruit, manage, support, and compensate Data Collection sites for clinical sample acquisition (e.g., clinicians).
- Assist market research agencies in gathering non-clinical or professional samples.
- Maintain and update the Data Collection customer database, collaborating with both internal and external partners to enhance this database.
- Generate weekly progress reports to keep the Product Development teams updated on the status of data collection projects.
- Investigate and implement innovative and efficient methods to recruit, track, and optimize Data Collection processes.
- Forecast future activities related to form and data management for Data Collection.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Undergraduate degree required; a degree in Psychology is preferred (knowledge of psychological research ethics, procedures, and design is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, customer-facing and outbound sales experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to innovation.
- Capable of taking initiative and working independently, while also being effective in a team environment.
Skill Sets:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly: Excel: Formulas and PivotTables.
- Access: Required proficiency.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Workflow is a plus.
