Job Overview
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Associate Onboarding Project Manager to become a pivotal member of our remote team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional onboarding journey for our customers, guiding them through our comprehensive programs, and enabling them to fully capitalize on the advantages of demand response initiatives. This opportunity not only allows for remote work flexibility but also facilitates collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, and lead engaging meetings with representatives from various levels within our customers' organizations, including Maintenance Managers, Plant Managers, and Executives.
- Provide education and support to customer contacts about program guidelines, ensuring they effectively harness the benefits of demand response.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to create and implement a clear and concise scope of work for real-time metering installations.
- Configure and deliver training on essential software to enhance customer participation in our programs.
- Strive to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for new customers, utilizing feedback from post-onboarding satisfaction surveys to drive enhancements.
- Develop detailed scopes of work for energy monitoring equipment installations, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of customers’ site operations to devise optimized energy reduction strategies and accurately assess participation levels.
- Ensure the integrity of contact lists and system readiness before program enrollment, facilitating a seamless transition for our clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining transparency throughout the onboarding process and contributing to successful customer integrations.
- Assist customers in preparing for dispatches by engaging in ‘Readiness’ and ‘Audit Prep’ activities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coach customers during demand response dispatches to improve their performance and outcomes.
- Provide technical assistance for inquiries and escalations related to metering, Energy Reduction Plans, and facility adjustments.
- Address and resolve any issues arising post-dispatch, ensuring timely responses to customer concerns.
- Participate in ongoing improvement projects aimed at enhancing business operations, including the Customer Self-Install program.
