Title: Quality Manager
Location: Arlington, TX
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Our company has been around for over 50 years developing and manufacturing power supplies for mobile and other electronic devices, being a market leader in smartphone chargers. We recently opened our first location in the United States and are looking for an individual who is interested in working in a start-up environment and helping to build out processes from the ground floor.
As a Quality Manger, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet customer expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel
- Perform audits of quality control processes
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw material and component quality
- Manage and maintain quality control documentation
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a supervisory role
