Administrative Office Assistant will provide clerical support to a department with a City entity in Anaheim. Temporary assignment up to 6 months, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm daily, $23 per hour. Front and back office duties.

Administrative Assistant Details
- Contract position
- $ 23.00 / hour
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
To provide administrative assistance to the department.
- Front desk duties, answer phones, screen calls, greet visitors etc.
- Filing duties, hardcopy and electronic
- Transfer hardcopy documents to electronic and organize all files
- Data entry
- Scanning duties
- Mail distribution
- Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as required
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
- 2+ year of administrative/clerical or reception experience in an office setting
- Customer service experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
- Scanning with Adobe Acrobat a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
- Will be subject to a drug screen and criminal background check
