What You’ll Do:
- Invoice Wizard: Prepare and issue record retrieval invoices to our clients and third parties, ensuring a smooth and efficient billing process.
- Document Detective: Review associated documents for accuracy, pinpointing any discrepancies and ensuring everything aligns perfectly.
- Audit Ally: Assist with periodic audits of outstanding custodian invoices, helping maintain transparency and accountability.
- Financial Facilitator: Review custodian invoices and check requests, printing corresponding checks to keep our financial operations running smoothly.
- Client Communication Specialist: Help notify clients and manage the e-filing of certificates of court costs, ensuring they stay informed and up to date.
- Statement Support: Assist with crafting monthly statements for clients and third parties, providing clarity and support where needed.
- Flexibility Factor: Take on other exciting tasks as assigned by the Director of Billing, Vice President, or President, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
