- Duration: 2 months (possible extension)
- Pay Rate: $60-65/hr on W2
Job Description:
As the ideal Project Manager candidate, you are experienced in handling a wide range of initiatives, logistical and support related tasks and you must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. You must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy solving logistical and operational challenges in support of a global team of data analysts.
You are able to interact confidently with staff at all levels in fast-paced environments, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, and maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and focus on client service.
You possess expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong process, change and risk management ability, and acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of your responsibilities. You have an expert working knowledge of the Google Suites and Microsoft Office and have a curiosity for learning software and processes quickly. You are well-versed in standard Project Management best practices and have experience implementing and explaining them to cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage project activities that support program management including calendaring, vendor management, content management, and global communication.
• Build cross-functional relationships between departments and with external vendors.
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities while minimizing risk.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Direct, review and approve deliverable designs and changes.
• Consult or negotiate with internal stakeholders to prepare project specifications.
• Provide expertise and data analysis of the Business Partners for Agencies program KPIs, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic plans.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Experience working through ambiguity and uncertainty
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and project management software, such as Asana.
Education/Experience
• 3+ years experience in project management coordination
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Event and educational workshop management experience preferred.
