Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)
Location: Remote (must reside in the Central Time Zone within the contiguous US)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare IT to oversee and drive enterprise-wide projects. The role will involve managing a variety of healthcare technology initiatives, focusing on ERP systems and third-party product implementations. The ideal candidate will be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Direct and coordinate project activities for healthcare technology systems, including system analysis, design, and integration.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring timely adjustments as resource requirements change.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams by aligning resources, tracking progress, and ensuring goals are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, milestones, and issues.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve project issues, keeping projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.
- Documentation: Develop, track, and document all phases of the project lifecycle.
- System Support: Provide users with technical assistance and ensure systems are backed up and secure.
Required Skills:
- Project Management Expertise: 8+ years of experience managing medium to complex enterprise-wide projects, particularly in healthcare technology.
- PMP Certification: Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Healthcare IT Experience: Strong experience in implementing healthcare technology solutions, including ERP systems.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in using Smartsheet and Google Suite for project management; experience with ServiceNow’s SPM Module is highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience managing healthcare technology projects, ERP implementations, and third-party product integrations.
- Knowledge of application integration processes is an added advantage
