As a talent-first agency, we want to make sure that as we continue to grow, our talent managers’ rosters remain small so that our talent are provided with best-in-class service to support their careers. Our Talent Assistants are crucial to this as they are responsible for supporting managers on talent in a thorough, organised and diligent manner, as well as on elements of the wider business.
The role usually reports to either a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager and is an entry-level position for someone looking to start their career in the talent management industry.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Support on approx. 4-6 talent across the roster
- Commercial content scheduling and work-related diary management for talent
- Manage talent email inboxes, scoping out initial enquiries, sharing media kits and fees
- Coordinate with the manager, brand clients and talent on the creation, delivery and execution of commercial content
- Gather analytics, insights and feedback to share with brands post-campaign and create case studies
- Create and share tailored and targeted commercial partnership pitches with brands, under the guidance of the manager
- Independently handle all gifting and event invites for talent
- Collaborate with other Talent Assistants to run OTG’s social media strategy
- Keep on top of industry news and trends, sharing insights with the team which might help in the management and future direction of our talent and the business
- Support on organising team culture activities
- Keep external documents and the OTG website up-to-date with talent info, images and stats
- Embody OTG’s values and high standards when representing the agency both internally and externally
ABOUT YOU:
- A keen eye for talent and trends within the social media industry
- Possess knowledge of and passion for the talent and social media industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills
- Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed both accurately and efficiently to deadlines
- Adaptable self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously with a persistent, determined and positive attitude
- Highly organised, proactive and pragmatic with day-to-day tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ambitious and driven to achieve positive results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Canva and Google Drive
