Role reports to: Commercial Early Talent Manager
Responsibilities:
● Be part of a dynamic team to identify and execute omni-channel business-building
opportunities for key retailers such as Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Walmart and
Amazon
● Work cross-functionally with internal partners including Marketing, Customer Strategy,
Supply Chain, Sales Operations and IT
● Learn how we activate against Marketing 4Ps (Product, Placement, Pricing & Promotion)
every day
● Gain foundational Retailer, Category and Shopper analytical and insights skills by
working with a variety of data sources, including IRI, Nielsen, POS, and Shopper/Panel
● Have exposure to data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power PBI, Nielsen Panel,
Numerator, and Profitero
● Engage in on-going development with an intensive Onboarding Program, Monthly Lunch
and Learns, Networking and Mentorship Programs
● Be part of our key feeder pool for our CDC Leadership Development Program (multi-year
rotational program for college graduates.)
● Analyzing on-line Shopper and Consumer behavior to understand digital business
drivers and trends
● Executing retail and consumer initiatives and additional projects that support our key
business initiatives and omni-channel, digital-first strategy
Required Qualifications:
● Current undergraduate student enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in pursuit of a
Bachelor’s Degree
● Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA
● Willing to commit to assignment duration - 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
● Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications:
● Anticipated graduation in 2025
● Concentration major of Marketing, Business-focus or Finance
● Exposure to data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power PBI, Nielsen Panel,
Numerator, and Profitero
● Exposure with a variety of data sources, including IRI, Nielsen, POS, and Shopper/Panel
Compensation:
The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $20.00/hr, Junior $21.25/hr, Senior
$22.50/hr, but will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline and degree/experience.
