Immediate need for a Highly detailed Part-Time Customer Service Admin. seeking to work for a small start-up in the Fremont area. This company offers a collaborative work environment with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
The Part Time Customer Service Admin. will play a key role in ensuring smooth/efficient operations across shipping, management, and customer Service departments. This person will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate invoicing, seamless customer onboarding, and effective communication/collaboration between teams.
In this entry level position, our ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Should be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and have previous experience utilizing a CRM Tool. Some experience with invoice creation, sales process and shipment management is ideal.
