This is an opportunity for an experienced Document Specialist to join a growing team for a leading law firm in Ireland.

This is a 90% remote position with occasionally requirement to work on site in Dublin 2.

The successful candidate must be based in Ireland.

Working Hours:

Responsibilities:

Produce and amend documents (correspondence, reports, agreements, etc.) with speed and accuracy
Create and amend PowerPoint presentations and complex structure charts
Transcribe digital dictations quickly and accurately
Convert PDFs to Word using software or copy typing
Edit, merge, redact, and secure PDF documentation
Apply the firm’s house style to all documents
Proofread work for accuracy and consistency
Support and help develop skills of new/other team members
Maintain advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Required Skills and Expertise:

Minimum 5 years' experience in professional services as a document production specialist or bid development.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent IT skills
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Excellent client service and communication skills
Typing speed of 70+ WPM (this will be tested)
This role requires high proficiency in MS Office, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure the highest standard of document production.
