We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team in Santa Monica. This is not a hybrid position. This role facilitates all commercial property management activities for an approximately 500,000 square foot portfolio of 7-10 retail and office properties. Salary based on experience.

Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day functions including AR, AP, and Repairs and Maintenance
Manage Lease Administration, critical dates, tenant notices
Oversee Tenant Improvements and Capital Improvements
Input and manage Yardi lease data for the portfolio
Prepare financial analysis, annual budgets, and CAM reconciliations
Manage vendor and tenant relations
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise and train property staff
Enforce property rules and regulations
Provide bi-weekly Portfoio Review updates to the team

Qualifications:

2-6 years previous experience as Commercial Property Manager overseeing retail properties
Proficiency with inputting retail leases and managing tenant ledgers in Yardi Voyager
Proficiency in drafting and interpreting real estate contracts and leases
Strong vendor relations and project management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to oversee Tenant Improvements and Capital Improvements
Excellent Excel spreadsheet proficiency required
Superb written and verbal communication skills
