Looking for a STRONG Marketing Manager to focus on digital marketing as well as brand strategy! This is for a small CPG brand that's entering a new growth stage. Super exciting role where this person can connect all channels through brand voice and messaging. MUST work in-office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to engage and convert them effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Content Marketing:

Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, relevant, and engaging content.
Distribute content through various channels and measure its effectiveness.

Email & SMS Marketing:

Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns for both B2b and B2C
Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.
Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for higher open and click-through rates.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Track expenses and ROI for each campaign and marketing channel.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, design, content, IT) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or relevant experience in related field.
2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
